Overall

A total of $244 million for Hardware. This is up 5% from 2020. For video game content, there was a total of $4.066 billion, up 3% from from 2020. For Accessories, there was a total of $142 million, down 8% from 2020.

In terms of hardware, the Nintendo Switch retains its lead position for both revenue and units.

In terms of software, the biggest title was Resident Evil: Village. It generated the highest launch month sales for a 2021 release and became the 2nd best-selling game of the year so far. Days Gone returned to the top 25 with the boost from the PC release
